🛒 The fridge vs. reality dilemma

Yesterday I bought a loaf of bread. Why Do I Keep Buying Too Much Bread? This morning, I found three in the fridge. How does this happen? There’s no bread-duplicating AI… right? 😜
At the store, I always think: “We’re probably out of bread.” Then I get home and discover: we’re not. There are three loaves. Different types, different life stages: fresh, slightly stale, and on the edge of consciousness.
This isn’t a one-time mistake. It’s a pattern. If there was a Bread Monitor App, it would alert me every morning: “Warning: Critical carb levels detected in your kitchen.”
And the worst part? The solution: eat it all. For two days, every meal is bread-based. French toast breakfast, bread-crouton soup, dinner… bread tower.
Then it’s gone. I go shopping. And guess what I think? “We might be out of bread.” 🤔
